Initiative Media, an agency of IPG Mediabrands, announced the appointment of Sharon Ho as CEO of China. She will be based in Shanghai and report to Melinda Po (Bo Rongrong), CEO of IPG Greater China . Sharon Ho has been deeply involved in Greater China for many years, and her career spans media, digital and creative agencies. Before joining Initiative, she served as the Managing Director of Digitas China.
Outside of the professional world, Sharon Ho is a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) coach and an advocate for inspiring and influencing others through leadership. In addition, she mentors students as a guest lecturer at NYU Shanghai. In 2022, she was selected for Campaign Asia Women to Watch.
