IPG Mediabrands Names Chris Chen as CEO in China

IPG Mediabrands has appointed Chris Chen as its new CEO in China following the departure of Tom Wan slated for the end of this year. This marks a return to the company for Chen, who will be based in Shanghai and report to Leigh Terry, CEO IPG Mediabrands APAC.

Chen was previously COO and CFO of DDB Greater China and brings more than 15 years of leadership experience across a number of media networks; including 8 years at GroupM China, and prior to joining DDB, he did a five-year stint with IPG Mediabrands China CFO.
