Initiative Australia has named Chris Colter as national strategy director. Colter joins from fellow IPG Mediabrands agency UM, where he has held a number of roles since 2012, most recently as Sydney strategy director. In this role, he became known for his work on the Tourism Australia Dundee campaign.
