IPG Mediabrands Malaysia’s Society has been appointed for strategic and holistic digital marketing solutions for Canon Marketing Malaysia.

The agency is tasked with developing strategic and holistic digital marketing solutions across Canon Marketing Malaysia’s B2B and B2C product offerings, encompassing social media management and campaign planning for online and offline events.

Former Australian leader of comScore and second-in-charge for Asia-Pacific, Lachlan Brahe, is joining IPG Mediabrands as GM of the group’s digital experience business, Reprise.

Brahe is one of two national GMs appointed for Reprise with Jules Kilmartin, currently head of Reprise Melbourne, Perth and Adelaide, promoted to GM.

Brahe will oversee growth and product and Kilmartin will be tasked with client leadership including strategy, account management and implementation. Both will report to Grace Liu, who was recently appointed CEO of Reprise Australia.

IPG Mediabrands has announced the appointment of Dr Grace Liu as the incoming CEO of Reprise, Mediabrands’ digital experience agency.

Liu most recently served as CEO of Isobar China and will be joining Reprise Australia at a date to be fixed in the near term, the press release said.

Liu has led Isobar China’s development of full-service digital marketing programs that encompass digital and social media, content, e-commerce, customer experience and digital creativity. Her more recent focus has been on helping clients achieve higher standards of optimisation in data and technology.

“Grace’s acceptance of our offer to be CEO of Reprise Australia represents a step-change in our digital leadership and vision for the Reprise business, its clients and the broader Mediabrands group,” said Danny Bass, IPG Mediabrands Australia CEO. “She has some of the strongest credentials I have seen as a driver of engagement across digital channels and her skills will further energise our very successful Reprise business.”

IPG Mediabrands Malaysia has appointed Mahesh Reddy Voncha as Head of Performance for Reprise.

In this role, Voncha (pictured) will spearhead digital initiatives within IPG Mediabrands’s full-service Paid Search, Performance and SEO arm, working across all clients to lead adaptive digital solutions that tackle business bottlenecks and deliver measurable results.

Chief Executive Officer, Bala Pomaleh said, “Mahesh has a deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, and is able to implement this knowledge with a pinch of creativity to get desired digital results for clients.
